Usage guide
How to use Lunidex progress, favorites, dashboard and account features
A privacy-aware guide to the personal surfaces that appear after sign-in or after you start using local progress features.
Short answer
Use the public routes without an account, then sign in when you need the account-backed workspace for synchronization, dashboard metrics, friends, or other personalized features. Keep public profile pages separate from private account data.
What this guide covers
This guide covers /dashboard, /favorites, /friends, /u/{handle}, authentication and reset-password flows, plus the local progress actions surfaced from the Pokédex, Team Builder, quiz, and TCG workspace.
How to use these features
- 01
Browse and explore first. Public reference pages, the Pokédex, team tools, quiz, and catalog do not require access to another user’s data.
- 02
Create or sign in to an account when you want the configured synchronization service to save personal collection, team, and progress state across devices.
- 03
Use the dashboard to review profile, badges, quiz statistics, Pokédex progress, activity, settings, and synchronization status.
- 04
Use favorites, friends, and public profile links only for the records and visibility controls you intentionally choose; never treat them as a source for private account data.
Boundaries and practical limits
Account features depend on Neon Auth and the configured server service. A missing or unavailable service should be shown as unavailable, not interpreted as an empty personal record. Public profile pages contain only the data the owner has made public.
Questions about this feature family
Do I need an account to use Lunidex?
No for public browsing and reference tools. The current web runtime uses the configured account-backed path for personal synchronization and account features.
Can another person see my dashboard or favorites?
Personal dashboard and favorites are not public reference sources. Only intentionally public profile or sharing flows should expose a limited view, and this guide does not expose any user’s personal data.
