Start with a catalog of cards and sets that can be searched and filtered by supported fields such as set, rarity, type, stage, and HP. Lunidex uses TCGdex for Pokémon TCG catalog data and exposes public card and set routes when upstream data is available.

Languages, variants, and quantities
Card language is selected separately from the interface language. The current collection model can record quantities and physical variants such as normal, reverse-holo, and holo finishes when those fields are available.

Owned and wanted status
A tracker should separate cards already owned from cards on a wishlist. Lunidex supports owned-card and wishlist state in the account-backed web workspace.

Progress by set
Set-level progress turns a large collection into a sequence of concrete goals. Lunidex shows owned and total cards, missing cards, a completion percentage for each set, and an overall percentage based on the catalog currently loaded.

Conditional price data
A tracker may expose card price fields or a collection value estimate when the upstream catalog returns them. Lunidex can display TCGdex values in EUR or USD and calculate the visible collection estimate when supplied; coverage, freshness, and estimates can change with the upstream data.

A clear storage boundary
The product should explain what is public and what is personal. Lunidex public reference pages are browsable without an account. When Neon Auth and the configured sync service are available, sign in to save personal collection state and access it across devices; if the service is unavailable, account features remain unavailable rather than representing an empty collection.
